WHAT IS MOXIE SUMMER MINI-CAMP?
The Moxie Summer Mini-Camp is an arts-oriented morning program for older toddlers and pre-school children. While they may not be ready for a full-day summer camp, we know all children are ready for fun. Therefore, our group activities are geared towards encouraging your child to feel comfortable expressing him/herself creatively in a safe, relaxed environment.

We offer a variety of creative opportunities for your children: Exciting art projects, theatre games & puppet making, giggly games and dancing, songs and stories.

Emily Terte is the Creative Director of The Moxie Spot. Emily is a former elementary school teacher and librarian. Her love for children, books, and puppets has made storytime at the The Moxie Spot a special event for all who attend.

Caprice Freeman currently works at The Moxie Spot. Her boundless energy and positive spirit has won her many fans among the restaurant’s younger clientele. She attends the Fashion Institute of Technology, majoring in Fine Art and Photography.

The Moxie Spot’s fabulous staffers are experienced in helping children find activities that they will enjoy. Our flexible format will allow each child to go at their own pace.

John Carlin will join the mix and lead music sing-alongs, group song-play, and introduction to instruments. More information about his experience and approach towards teaching music to children can be found at kidsmusicunderground.com
